Sir,

     Respectfully, I on behalf of student Class-X in your school, write to inform you that the pupils are willing to go on a picnic to Chilika. This is the last year for us in school. We want to make it a memorable one. Also, our test examination is over this is the best time to go on a picnic. We have already discussed with our class teacher and Other subject teachers about the matter. Our parents have already agreed with us and they are ready to pay the required amount. We have selected this place because Chilika is not so far from our school and it is a place of beauties and bounties. We feel that a few hours have spent on the lap of nature will certainly rejuvenate our body and mind.

     Therefore, I request you to kindly permit us this outing and accompany with us to make it worth remembering for which, I would remain grateful to you.
